Corrections and out-of-date guides
Subject: Correction. Send the link and what is wrong — a changed web address, a step that no longer exists, a programme that has closed. This is the most useful mail we get, and we act on it first. See our editorial policy.
Copyright and takedown
Subject: DMCA. Please include everything listed on our DMCA and copyright page so we can act without going back and forth.
Privacy requests
Subject: Privacy. Access, deletion and opt-out requests are covered in our privacy policy.
Advertising
Subject: Advertising. Advertising does not buy editorial coverage, placement, or a change to an existing guide.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher and not affiliated with any company, bank, retailer or service we write about. That means we genuinely cannot:
- access, unlock, reset or recover your account;
- look up a balance, payment, order or gift card total;
- validate a survey code, or issue, top up or check a gift card — we run none of these;
- pass a message to a company’s support team.
For any of those, contact the service directly through its official website. Never send us passwords, PINs, card numbers, one-time codes, account numbers or copies of identity documents. We do not want them, we have no use for them, and any mail containing them will be deleted.
