Teams with technical staff or a hosting partner who want campaign-based marketing automation on their own infrastructure.
Why choose it over HubSpot
GPL-3.0 licensed, so you can run it yourself, keep your contact data on your own servers and extend it with plugins. The homepage states unlimited contacts, and the project's page says self-hosters get the full feature set.
Where it falls short
Setup is heavier than a single-binary tool: PHP, a database, Composer or installer, cron jobs and your own email delivery setup. Upgrades and security patches are your job unless you pay a hosting partner. Managed hosting is run by partners and no prices were found on the official pages. A feature-by-feature comparison with HubSpot or Mailchimp was not done.
